M. Tuesday June 15th, 1948. Upon ro11 ea 11 the followir~~; ~ ldermen answered present;' ~'a r ker ~i`ubma ~ Comer ~'reebury Feuerbacher t~odgers ~ o ld ~j~he minutes of the last meeting; were presented and r ead. It was moved by ~'euerbacher and secondee~by dodgers the minutes be approved. The motion carried. Mr. Dyer appeared before the ~'ounc~l in r egard to outside plumbing end heating eonderns coming fi~into the City to vaork, and asked v~hat license was regaired of them, RESOLt7TI0N N0. 666 ~~~s being the time set f'or hearing protests against the ap~ssage of ~esol.uti P1o. 666, being a resolution declaring an emergency exists requiring ~ddition~l expenditures fran the street rand, the City clerk produced xr oof of publieatior~ in the y~urel Uutlook and reported no protests received. Tt was moved by '~o1d and seconded bar Rodgers t hat Resolution No. 666, be finally passed and adopted. Upon roll ca11 all aldermen present voted aye and said resolution was declared finally passed and adopted. ~*n applicat ion for a ~holesal~ deer License for the j' isc~I year ending; Jury 3D, 1949, by aafeway Stores, was presented. It was moved by ~reebury atad seconded b~ ~'euerbacher the license be granted. The motion carried. A Letter from the Yellowstone Bank r equest~.ng the release on pity' of ~urel General sewer Bonds in the amount of ~3,0~0 ~Qa~ered under a Custodian Receipt vase presented and read. It was moved by ~~old and seconded by Rodgers, ''the release be granted.
