The Tre~~urerts disbursements are no~G properly handled in the Clerkfs office
at present, end suggestion was made for ingta~lation of a Treasurer+s Uiaburse- ment Journ~~.. X11 disbursements as w ell ~s receipts should be posed d irect
to the General hedger.
The Librarian is not bonded. It is suggested that a suitable bond be procured,
Ira all cases where a duplicate ~?arrant is issued for a lost warrant a bond
for double the amount of the original warrant should first be posed with the Clerk. This botad should be approved by the Council before the Clerk
issued the duplica~~ warrant.
