It was moved by ~~o1d and seconds by `comer the minutes be approved. The. motion carried RESOLU3'ION NO. 664 Hesolutian ~o. 664, being a resolution transferring certain Funds aP the Cit I~ of Laurel.. was presented and read. I~ was moved by u~o1d Qnd seconded by hodgers Resolution No.- 664 be passed on first reading. Upon roll ca 11 all aldermen present answered ~a~rett a:r~d paid Resot~ution was declared finally passed and li approved. ~ ~ `j'he wealth Officer report for .the .month of January was presented. It was 'I moved b~ Freeburg .and seconded ,by ~'.euerbacher the report be approved . ~ihe motion carried.. the mater report fog the month of December was presented. Zt was moved. by ~oXd end seconded bg Parker the report be approved. jhe motion c~rried.~ Mr. A. Basehert, of the Seitz' I~aehinery ~o,, appeared before the ~ounc iI in regard to a mot cr grader far the City. It was .moved by Parker and seconded by dodgers that the City Clerk be instructed to advertise for bids on a ne~u or used `Patrol, :that the bid specify either gay or d3.ese1 powered, heavy duty type, weight not less than 19,~~t7~ with -and without trade-~.n o€ Guy's used patrol. the motion carried. G. V1t, Fenton appeared before the council ire regard to the City+s present insuratace polices on ids buildings. Yt was moved by 4~old ar~d seeonded by kod~~'r~ that the increase in insurance be autho~iaed. The motion carried. i jt was moved by Yorker and seconded by FreEbury that .the co~~erage on the buildings being 3.n~ured b~ brought up to the 90~ ofi ~~alue, ofgered by the I:~surance Compata~'. Whet Lyer, eater CommissionFsr, be allowed to attend the school, and the pity pay expensed incurred on such trip. ~lre motion carried.
