seconded by ~odpers the minutes. be approved. 1'he motion carried.
Dir. ~1yde Bray appeared before the council in regard to drainage. in the
~~est end of town. No action ~va~ taken at this time.
I~r. ~cRennep appeared k~efore the Council in regard to securing a
longer lease nn Cabins at Riverside Perky stating that he ~r~uld prefer a
five-year lease. The matter was referred ~o the Park Committee.
~ ~ claim for refund of ~5~.00 gasoline tax was presented. It yeas moved by
Odgers and seconded bar Omer the eJ.aim be approved. The motion carried.

be liven permissi on to use tree has, on the same payment basis as paid by the. A

The Library report for the month of '~ecember was presented.. Tt was moved
by Parker and secobded by homer the r~:port be approved. the motion carried.

was moved by ranker and seconded by "Odgers the ~eQort be approved. l`he

The Police reports for the month of Lecember were presented. ~t wasmoved
by Comer and seconded by rreebury the reports be approved. The motion carried.
~n application for a building permit bq Johta Metzger ~o mop*e a building size
Sx2~t from Lots 3 & 4, Block 2, Youngs dub., to lots 19 D1ock 9, Youngs 2nd Sub,,. on rubber tires, .and build an addition ~~x3~ of partly new ltamber and
all to be placed an concrete foundation, ~.t an approximate cost of ~1~~~ was
presented. It waa moved by Freeburg tad seconded by ~'odgerg the permit be granted.

concrete foundation was tabled until. he has secured a lease From N. P.

'Dimes by the council. ~'he ~ouneil s tated that. they wou'~d be happy to hea..r a discuss-

Parker, that an invitation to meet with the Cou!~cil be liven .for the meeting of

mhe council agreed on a charge of v~15 per lot for property owners for
replacement of 3"~ water line on pate "venue.
Tt way moved by ~od~ers and seconded by Parker the pity clerk be authorized to notify outside sewer users in regard to siging of the new Viewer agreements„
stating that each agreements must. be signed and the asses9r~ent paid in the very
near future or service would be discontinued. The motion carried.

and after due consideration the committee reported back recommending the payment of
