was moved by ~~uerb~cher end seconded by Fre~bury the mii~t~t~es be approuec~. the
mot ion carried.
l~r. ~i. P~og~r ~ppe~red before the council in regard to h~vit~g the City oil
the road on the 2 lots in front of his property. He vas informed that the pity
was not doing this kind of work at the present.
~n application fora perriit by Henry Fichtner to wild a story-room 10x12 on ~
brick foandr~~ion, this building wi11. be made o~ new arld used ltamber, to be ~
temporary structure and Yi1flVEt~ out before wi~nt~r, at an approximate cost of X75, was
presented anti read. It was moved by Parker end seconded by ~reebury the permit
be granted. The motion carried.
llr. D. Nott ingh~m appeared k~eforc~ the uour~cil in regard to a900,000 Home
for the aged, which. the Mate of ~iotatana is planning to build in the Stsate.
He st~.ted that t?Zree sites had been off~re~, of vuhich any o~ae might b~ suitable
for such a Home. He asked if the City would furnish the facilities of sewer and
water for such a home. Tt w~~ stated that the Council would go a,n record as being
willing to furnish the necessary facilities. Also th€~t the City Eriginaer end the Mayor would meet with ter. I~Tottingham to look over the proposed s3_tes, before a
delegatio~a met with the governor ~rrith such an offer.
Lr. D. Nottingham appeared before the ~oulacil requesting the use of bs~rb~d
wire o~ the 1~TOrth and fast fences of the Sac~.dle C1ub~s Rodeo Grou~ads. He st~t~~
that such fence would be out 52 or 6 feet from the ground, with brarbed wire ground the top of the pre nt net fence. It was rnavec~ by Parker and seconded bq~
Smith permissiota be granted the ''toddle flub for such a fence. The motion carried,
~3i11 Boyles appeared. before the Cnutacil asking pormissiori t~ connect with the
t~~ater fain on the South Highway. It uvas moved by FreE~bury and ~ econded by Feaer-
bacher permission be granted. The motion carried.
Mr. Clgde ~r~;~ appeared before the ~'ouncil on beh€~lf of the `T'ract Tract 1~ater
users, requesting that the pity allow said users to connect on the 7th "venue
dater Mein, ~nc~ diseantiz~u~ the connection they now hrave on the Sixth avenue dater
Mein. It was moved b~ Parlor and seconded bg Smith, the muter be referred to the
City engineer with authorit~r to pct. The motion carried.
Mr. t;~. h. Menello appeared before tka.e `'ouncil in regard to the sewer on 7th Avenue . No act ion was taken at this t~.m~ .

The Health nffic~r~s report for the moth of ~~pril x~as presented. It wig
moved by F'reebur~ and seconded by ~'euerbacher the report be approved. The motion
carried.
l~he City ~lerk~s report for the molnth of March w~+s presented. It was triOLr@C~ by hodgers and seconded b~ Feuerbacher the report be approved. The motion carried.
An ar~plication f'or ~ renewal of s~ permit by Haro].c~ Ingraham to build a
26x36 frame house of new and used 1~amY~er, on concrete fcunci~.t ion with basement,
on Lots 9 & 10, Block 14, Yellowstone Subdivision, at ~n ~~proximate cost of
~5,000 was presented. It was moved by Tubman and seconded b;~t`oc~~ers the permit be granted. The motion carried.

by Tubmran and seconded bg rreebury rtesolutian No. 695 be passed an first reading.

declared passed and adopted.
