presented proof of publication in the Laurel 'Qutlo¢ak, .and was instructed to

Council recessed to go over bids and asked Fire ~epartzn.en~ Committee to cheek
with them.

contract for ChloriMe b~ signed. The motion .carried.-
,A:n application for a permit by Lou3.s Worden to remove concrete curbing
8 feet on driveway, at house at 309 L.: 3rd Street, to be re-placed andre-modeled ~
in springy, was presented. Tt .was moored by' ~cxnee and seconded by Feuerbacher the
permit be granted. The motion ca~~~ed.
An ~~pl cation for a permit by Ralph Husehka to build a 11.{.x2 frame
..garage,. on coMerete foundation,.. of new and used lumber on Lois 8 & 9~ Block 7, Park ~bd3.vis on, at an a~proxim~~s cost of 250 vacs presented, Tt was moved ,
by McManus and, seconded by Feuerbaah~r the perrni~ be granted. The motion ~~rri~d.
Tt was moved by ~''re~~ury end seconded by McManus that the report of the
Fire Department ~ommit~ee be approved and that the bid of Peter Pirsch & Sons '
be aceep~e~. and the contract be awarded to said Comgazy for- ~11,332,3b, plus 50,00 fc~r 1ar~e tires for Tn~ernational C~:assis, leas x$50 if delivered at
f KenosY~.a, VDDiscon~in, and the Mayor. and City clerk be authorized to execute a
~ontrac~ for same. The motion carried.
