by the Committee:
The Committee reviewed the bid from Motorola for $37,657.81
for high band radios.
Motion by Dave Powers, seconded by Ken Olson, to accept the
bid from Motorola, with Council approval. Motion carried.
The Committee discussed meeting dates for the contracts with
the Districts and LUFSA. Discussion. The Committee will draft
a letter with proposed costs for Services and send new Contracts
with the letters so Board members can review:it and sign if they
approve.

The new truck specs, will be finished soon. When they are
complete and approved by the Committee, they will put a bid out
on it.
The next meeting will be February 26th.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:30 p.m.
