on tie East sa.de of read, wa presented. It was moved by dodgers and-seconded by Freeburg permission be granted, and the ~efine~y notifigd that all sewer'. joints

Resolution. No. 713 bei g a resolution tray sferring certain funds of the C tg of Laurel, was presented-..and read. Tt bras rr~o~ed bar Dodgers and seconded by
McManus th~.t Resolution Nv. 13 be approved and passed. Upon roll call all
aldermen present voted Faye" and said resolution was declared, pissed and a ~~aroved.

by fold and seconded by l~e~a~us the report be ap~° Dyed. The motion carried.
The Health ~fficer~ s report 'for the month of April ~uas presented. It auas
~ moved. by Feuerbacher and seconded b9 fold the report be ap1~r oved. The motion

Seventh ~uenue, was presented. It was moved by mold and s ecora:ded b~ ~fci~~ us that
the ~it~ accept the p;~oposal of Rural 5pe vial Improvement district No. 131, with
the ~~~i.al follo~r~r~g conditions: I. ghat the paid sexer be laid mater-tight.
2. ghat the City of Lawrel reserve the right for adjoining property a~?ners within
the corpor-.ate limits: to connect r~ th said sewer line. The .motion carried.
It was moved by Rodgers aridseconded b~y fold that the Eng nee~~ s certificate
be obtained on the r equired plat ~f the es~ Laurel subdivision, and the play
be filed in the Cot~nt~ Clerks s office, as soon as gossible `T'he rr~ot on c arr`3.ed. I
A report on tl~ approxinnate cost of the recreational program for the ~
coming gear was made by J. E Freeburg, ~temb~r of the newly created Recre~.tional
Board.
