Upon ro11-call the following aldermen answered present::

The minutes of the previous meetitag were pres~nt~d at~d read. It was moved
bar lubman and secondead by ~'euerbacher the mintates be ~pprov~d. Thy ;motion carried.
Mr. Harold hair~es of the Colorado Fuel end Iraqi company appeared before
the council with pricey oJ~ fence ~h3ch will be required for the ~~imzning Pool.
He stated that there v~ould also be a 2~ discoulnt, on p~?~rmin~ iii 10 d~;~~,
This being the time far opining of bids for a Heating Unit for the Library
Build3rag, the City C~~rk presented proof of publication in the Laurel outlook,
and was instructed t~ open at~d; read all bids. Two bids were received.,
A bid ire the amount oP X1,625.00 fqr s~ fareed air he€~ting utai~, aomplcte,
was offered by H. Horen, 17.7 Teary Avenue, ~illinga.
A bid bg L. R, Stickelberger was received for H.ot V~ater Heatiing system to
be installed and put i~ operatiota f`or a sum of ~2,08~.20. A~ alt~rraat~ bid w~9.
also giveta bar Stickelbergesr Service, giving boiler unit to supply 7513 square
feet oP radiatiota ita addition to 1300 squares feet for Library buildi.t~g, aid
providing tees for later take-of'f', at ~2,~'16.73. It was moved bg ~'reebury and
~ecor~ded by ~o~~e that the alter~aate -bid of Stickelb~r~er Service, supplying the ~.arg~r boiler be accepted. The motion carr~~d.
~`he Library report for the month of December was presented. It was moved
by nomee and ~e~ca~ided bar ~'eu~rbacher the report be ~pprov~d. The motion carried.
The kealth officer's report for the month of Janaarg vas ~resent~d. It was moped bar ~'re~bu~y atad seconded by McManus then report be approved. The motioX~
carried.

charged X1.32 per foot for 80 feet of 6" cast iron pipe tak~r~ bar him f roan the
Pip Houses, unless he replaccss same with. pipe of same size and its came conditiota. ~ motion carried,
