Counei 1 Chambers and was called t o order by Mayor Thomson at 7 ,L.FS o ~ cloc k
P. M. Tuesday, December J~th, 1951.

The minutes o~ the last mestin~ were read. It was moved by ~
Freeburg and seconded by Scott the rninu~Ges be a;~provod. `the motion carried.

15, Block 2, asst Lat~el "'uk~d~.vision~ be advertised for sale. The: motion
carried.
'This being the time for openir~~ bids for sale ~f Lots 16 through 20, ~ Block- 2, IlVest Lapel Subdivision, the Clerk presented proof of ptjblicatior~
in the Laurel Outlook, and vacs instructed to open and read a_ll bids. one .bid. ~
from Joe Yack, in the amount of ~5~0 was received. After due Qons3.deration j
by the Council, it wasmoved by' ~''reebur~ and seconded by McCormick the bid
of Mr. Yack be accepted. "1'he motion carried.

'the Police Judge's report for the month of November wad read. It was
moved by Feuerba~her and seQOnded by Freeburg the repr~rt be approved. the
motion carried.
The Library report forthe month of ~~ove~nber was read. It was rtloved by ~
Rorn.ee and seconded by Feuerbacher the report be approved. The mot ion carried. (
The Health Officers s report for the month of November way read. Tt
was moved by <Feuerbacher .and seconded by Scott the report be approved. The
mo-~or~ carried.
Z'h~e Water report for Noveriber 20th vas read. It vas moved by Ro~e6
and seconded by ~'~euerb~,cher the report be approved. 't'he motion carried.
An application for a perr.~it by Laurel Plumbing and Hea~in~, to build
a 10x12 Frame ad~.~.tion to present house, will be built on concrete fbur~d atimrn,
of new material, on Lot 6, Block 3, East Lapel ~ul~division, to be a temporary i building, at an approximate cost of X800 vacs read. It was rrioved by' '1`ub~an and i,
seconded by Romer that the porxnit be ~ran~ed, if it is moved not later khan
Oe~ober 1st, 1952. The motion carried.
An application fflr a permit by John Rupp to build a 12x18 brooder house:.,
of used materials, to be buil~G a~G Lots 17 Sc 18, Block 7, Laurel sleights subdivision, €~.nd rr~oved to Qountry after completion vas presented. It vas moved ~
