A quorum (3 or more) present, the following action was taken
by the Committee:
The bid on the new Fire Truck was reviewed. The Committee
requested that the Fire Dept. Truck Committee go through the
bid and report their findings by the end of the month.
Discussion on Williams property.
Motion by Ron Marshall, seconded by Miles Walton, to offer
$40,000 for purchase of property, if it does not affect buying a
new fire truck. Motion passed 9--0.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:10 p.m.
