M. Tuesday June 5th, 19 1. I Upon roll call the following aldermen. answered present:. The .motion carried, ~ Mr. Herman Bottge~ appeared before tie Council in r egard to hedges growing ~ at random, and encroaching on his property. i The Council ordered that the fallowing Lots ].6 ~Ghru 20, Block' 3, West ~,aur~l subdivision be ad.verti~'ed for sale. Protests were r eceived from obert L. Da~ge~t, Jerome all and Albert Lsuthold. Peter Grol]L and Philip 1~Tolan appeared in ~ person to pro~e~t the Creation of .such: district.
