Alderman ~~reebury ryreported that the .Refinery would like to irk under one contract with ~:he ~i ty, to put wiring and pumas in a safe condition at I~'~ I' the- Pump House, He staffed that the N. It was moved by Freebu.ry and seconded by ~ubman Resolution No. 73~.~. be passed.
