A quorum (3 or more) present, the following action was taken by
the Committee:
Discussion with District 5 on the 1991-92 contract. Change
was discussed on price of contract because of the taxable value
increase. The fee will increase by about $2,300.00. Also
discussed was the due dates of the payments. They will be
due in December and June. Purchase order for payments are
to be attached to the contracts.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:00 p.m.
