A quorum (3 or more) present, the following action was taken by
the Committee:
Discussion with District 7 about contract for fire service.
The balance owing on the 1988-89 contract is $14,348.00. The
District is working to correct this problem with the County.
The taxable values have increased this year about $296,626.00.
This will increase the contract fee by about $3,352.00 compared
to last year.
The due date of the contract money was discussed. Due
dates this year will be December and June. Purchase orders
will be attached to the contract and a mailing label list.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:25 p.m.
