and seconded by Ro~esz° the report be approved. The motion carried.
The Police Judge's report for the month of June was pre~en~ed. I~ was
mowed by lubman and seconded by Rodgers the repot be approved. The motion
Qarried.
The Police reports f'or the month of June ~rere presented. I~ was moved by
Socatt and seQOnded by McCormick the reports be approved. the motion carried.
It was moved by nomee and seconded by McCo~mick the Health Of'f.'icar and
the city Attorney study the milk ordinance and make necessary changes to bring
i~ up to date.
An application f'or a permit by B. J . Kiedrow~ki to build an 18x21 frame
house on concrete foundation, of new and used materials, on Lots 7 & g~ s1.oc~ 33, Allard Subdivision, at an approximate eos~ of X2,000 way presented. It was moved
by Rodgers and seconded by Macormiok the permit be granted.

between 6th and Sth Streets was read. It was moved by Scott and secondedby
McManus i~ie letter be referred to the S~Greet ~ornmi~tee for further consideration.
