A quorum (3 or more) present, the following action was taken by
the Committee:
Discussion on the Williams property that the City iS trying
to buy. A proposal has been sent back to the city~
The Committee suggested that the City go into a Buy Sell
Agreement with earnest money put down.
The Committee also recommended that the purchase money
come out of the Capitol Outlay fund.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:00 p.m.
