A quorum (3 or more) present, the following action was taken by
the Committee:
The Annual LUFSA contract was discussed.
Number 8 of the contract will be changed to read "Annual"
report instead of quarterly report.
The contract fee is to remain the same this year, but
will increase next year. This year's contract price is
$28,850.00. Payments are to be made in December and June.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:45 p.m.
A Second meeting was brought to order at 7:50 p.m. The
Airport Authority contract was discussed at this time.
Motion by Darrell McGillen, seconded by Lonnie Kellogg
to enter into an agreement with the Airport Authority for fire
protection for $220.00 for the year 1991-92. Motion carried.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:00 p.m.
