Upon roll call tYiQ follovain~; aldermen answered present Feuerbacher Freeburg M c'i~anus Tub man McCormick Scott ~~he minutes of the last sleeting were read.. It was moved by ~''reebury ~nd seconded by Scott. the minutes be approved. The motion carried. Mrs. Karl George. appeared before thQ Council in regard to the scouts building two fireplace grills a~ ;the j~c~ th Par k, S~ie stated that the scouts would furnish all materials and do Ghe building, that the fretlaces would be of either brick or stone . Tt was moved key Scott and seconded by `1'ubman that the Scouts be allowed to build such grills, and that the pity Engineer be consulted for proper locations f'or the placing of fide fir eplaces The moti on c arrie d. Mr. J. F. 1~,ZacDonald appeared before the. Council with contract from the i~ ontana Power Company, and bill of sala, for lighting; system. It was moved by - Scott and seconded by t''reebury that the contract be accepted and... ~3~6~~r City Authorities be authorized to sign same, excepting 8 poles on East 1~Zain Street in:<Speeial Improvement. ORDINANCE N(7. ~-35 OrdinancQ No. ~35, being an ordinance re~ulatiz~; the use of ~#~ater within the City Limits, on main trunk. water line, and settin~ ~Z}.0.00 'as the cost for each lot, for connection, vas read. It was moved by reebury and seconded by Scott that ordinance No. x}.35 be passod and adopted. Upon roll call all aldermen present voted °"aye~~ and said Ordinance was passed and adopted. RESOT~UTION NO. 76B Resolution No. 768, beir~ a resolution of 1nterition to Create Special Ir~i~roveme nt Di strict No. 74, for the placing of 6-inch curb €~nd 18-inch gutter `on all st3~eets and avenues on tho youth Sido of Laurel 'sues presented and read. It was. moved by Freeburg and. seconded by M~A~ormiek that Resolution No. 768 be passed and approved. .Upon roll call all `aldermen present voted "aye" and said Resolution was passed and adopted. RESOLUTIUiV NQ. 769 Resol~~Gion No. 76g, being a resolution transferring certain funds ` o~ the City was road. It was moved bit k~reebury and seconded by ~eatt that Resolution - No.76~ be passed. Cassidy which had been referred to 'the Councilmen of the First Ward at the last meeting was brought up.
