Council Chamber and was called to order by Mayor ~jhomson at 7:30 0~ clock P. M. `Pue sday, January 15th, 1952. Upon roll call the following aldermen ansvuered present; Feuerbacher F~°eebury McManus Rome e Tub~~n. ~'he minutes of the last meeting; were read. It was. moved by ~'a~uerbacher and seconded by l'ubman tihe minutes be approved. The motion carried. Tt was moved. by Freeburg and seconded by l~omee: that the City Attorney draw' up ,an Ordinance for next meeting, prohibiting double ~a.rkin~ throughout the City, with a minimum fine of X1.00 for such violation: The motion carri ed. RESOLUTION N0. 763 This being the time set for hearing prote.s~s ~~ain~t the passage of Resolution No. 763, 'being a resolution declaring an emergency exists regta.~~ing additional expenditures frorl the.
