Mrs. 0. V. Howe appeared before the couna it in regard to drain ditch west of
City. It vuas moved by Freeburg end seconded by Beslanwiteh th~~ the claim of Van
Buren be held, and the matter be burned over to the City ~,t~orney, uuith authority
to pct. The motion carried.

season.
