Mrs. Edith ~?~iQe appeared before the Counei~: naL.iring in regard ~o liQenses
on Cade and Taxi. She ~ua~ inf ormed that it vuou:Ld r€~~u3.re two separate liQenses,
one being a partnership, and t~.e other business under one owner.
Mrs. Rynold Frank appeared before t~.e ~ouneil as the speaker for a ~rou.p of 1.a dies represer~tin~ the Junior, the Senior and the. Feder~.ted Worr~.ent ~ C1ubs o~

would oo st in the neighborhood o.~ half-million dollar, and a study would b made to determine if the City could be bonded ~o that ext~n~.

over to ~Ghe City Attorney for oheQking.
