The Police Judge's report f'or the month. of ~'ugus~ was esen~ed. Zt was mov ed
by duff' and seconded by Me~anus the report be approved. the motion carried.
fir. Henr~T Weber appeared before the ~ounc3.l in regard to a true in the
boulevard which had been damaged by a ear. Zt was moved by ~'r~ebury and seconded by
Harris that the ~ icy pre sent claim for tree, to the Tnaurance ompany, then remove.
:nd replace the tree which was damaged. The motion carried.
A pe,~ition to the Nlon~~na Powor ~ ompan~r for a light, midway in the north
half off' dock 31, on ''ou.~h first avenue was presented. It was mo~'sd by ~jubman
