Henr~T Weber appeared before the ~ounc3.l in regard to a true in the boulevard which had been damaged by a ear. Zt was moved by ~'r~ebury and seconded by Harris that the ~ icy pre sent claim for tree, to the Tnaurance ompany, then remove. :nd replace the tree which was damaged. The motion carried.
