Mrs. Esther ~o~well appeared before the Counc i1. ire regard to the Folice
Gomm3.ttee findings in regard t o the attack on her person by were tt Moo~nan.
No action was taken by the CounQil at this dime, aw~.i;~ing the report from the
Pollee ~ommitte~. Mrs. Bcyxwell vas assured that the council would make a thorou
investig~.~ion of the ma Ater.
