Mr. John Bibb and Mr. John Monaham, of Billing, appeared before the
C ounc it reque sung that the east-well alley 3.n Block 7, of the Laurel Rea1~y
Subdivision, be closed, and a worth-sough alley be opened. They sated. that they would ~iv~ 20 ~ee~ off the easy side of their property, i~ necessary, for gun:
