Hall the clerk was instructed to open and read all bids. The following; bids were

Scott and seconded by `Ruff the repo~~ ~e appr oved. 'The motion carr3_ed.
I'he Police Judge's report for the m.on~h of ~~ebruary was presented. I~ was
moved by Ruff and sec on de f. by Scott the report be approved. the motion. carried.
The Po13~ee raports for the mon~Gh of ~'~ebruary were presented. It was moved ~y Freeburg and s econded ley ~cot~ the re?orts be approved. The motion carried.
The eater report for the 20tk~ of February was presented. It was moved by
Freeburg anal seconded by Scott the report be approved. The motion ear.ried.

OrdinancQ No. x}.71, being an. ordinance prohik~itin~ int~rf erences with x~adi o or
television reception was read. It vvas moved by Free~ury and seconded by McManus
that Ordinance N~. ~71 be passed and approved. Upon roll call-;,the following
aldermen answered Aye: Reslanw~.~~~, Mcll~anus, Ru.~f, Harris, Rodgers and ~reebury.

of Laurel vuas read. No action vu as taken on this resolution at the present time.
RESOLUTION N0. 8~}.
Resolution No. 85~., being a resolution declaring an emer~ancy exists regia.~~~n
additional expenditures from the General Fund and directing publication of notice of public hearing was presented. I~ was moved by Scott end seconded by R~.~1ge~
that Resolution No. 8,~., be passed and approved. Uncn roll call., all aldermen
present voted "ayes' and said ~esolu~ion was declared passed and approved.
