Tt was moved by Tubman and soconded by ~?eslanwitch the minutes l:;e approved. The motion Carried. RESOLU'T'ION NQ. This being the dims f'or opening bids fr;r S.I.D. #7f~, the Clerk offered proof of public at ~_on in the Laurel Outlook, and w~.s instructed to open all rids. The following bids ware received: S .I .
