Upon roll call the following; aldermen. answered present:

The minutes of the 1as~~ meoting were read. Tt was moved by Tubman
and soconded by ~?eslanwitch the minutes l:;e approved. The motion Carried.

R~sol.ution PTO,. 8~7, ~~in~ a resolution extending 'the City Limits, to
include Blocks 1 & 2y in the Fourth Avenue Subdivision, was a~resented. `Thare
bein.~ no protests, it was moved by Harris and seconded by Tubman that ftesolu.tion. No. ~7 be passed and ap~rcved. Upon. roll call all aldermen present voted "aye°'

The Clerk's report f'or the month p:~ Jar uary was presented. It was moved
by Tubman and seconded key Ruff the rep art be approved. the md~tion carried.
This being the dims f'or opening bids fr;r S.I.D. #7f~, the Clerk offered
proof of public at ~_on in the Laurel Outlook, and w~.s instructed to open all rids.
The following bids ware received:
