He s~atad that he was planning on construction of a home in the sa? d subdiv3sian~ and would like to know v~ahat ~.rrangements ~o hake in regard to sewer. The City ~'n.~i.x~.eer staffed ghat he would write the Sete Board off' Kealth~ for a ruling on the matter. 'the Cit~T engineer ~epor~ed that he had contacted Mr. Gri~~ a~ 60~ .I~..th Avenue,, and that the a~~oement was for the City t:o knock out the' ~rc~sent curb which is 1 foot out in the street, and Mr. Grigg would pay the costs o~ replaci.n~ same. Mr. Visr~or Vogel appeared before the ~ouneil ~_n. regard t~ his property whicY~. is 20 feet south on 7th Street, on Second Avenue. A~'ter discussion it was learned that the assessed charges on Sewer and VUa~er, had been on a basis of a O~foat lob. Tt was moved by Scott and seconded ~y Rodgers that pa~rnen~ of 100.OD each, to be of'S'ered to the two property owners involved, and cancellation off' extra assessment of sewer and Water be made, as proposed b5r zhg City Enginoer. The motion carried. The Library report for the month of January was presented. Zt was moved by Turman and seconded by P,~ZcManus the report be approved. The motion carried. The Police Judge t s report for the month of January was presented. It vuas moved by Rodgers and seconded by Tubman the report be aaproved. The motion carried.
