Tho minutes of tho previous meeting were read. It vas moved by Parker and
seconded by Freeburg the minutes be approved. the motion. aarr~d..
Mr~.~.-T;~~is Fussell appeared before the Council in regard to *~he Garbage charges
on her property. It was moved by Parker anal seconded ~y ~~i_llisms that the Street
~c alley commit~ee, the Fine Chief' and the City attorney, check on the situation and
report their -recori~~nend~ti ors ~o she Council at the next meeting. 'rne motion carried
~vir. Ed La~'rath appeared before the Counc'~_1 in regard to ~~Vater bill and charge
outside City Limits. ~n explanation cf the cha_r~es was given him bar the i~dater
Commissi oner.
