'rhe city Engineer reported ghat the Ind us~rial~!.Equipment `~o., has a second-
hand loader, which the City migh~ purchase f~nr X1,500 and which would be paid on
a rental-deal basis.

The eater Commissioner requested that the Council decide whether the rates
being chaired on users on me tars, is ri~Yit or wrong, and to stand 1.?ehind the
