It was moved and seconded that the minutes be changed to read: A11 oiling by individuals, of the ~a.ty streets, be stopped, unless approved by the Cou.nc il, or the al dermen of the ward in which the oiling is done. A report was ~;~,ven on. the sidewalk on ~%ast side of 'Ifzird 'venue, and east anal north along Fourth 'streets, sidewalk is in very poor cond~.tion, being humped by tree~;~ roots, and should be replaced.
