Upon roll call the following aldermen answered present: Freeburg Hod~ers Leuthold ill isms Ebersviller Parker the minutes oP the previous meeting were read. It was moved by Parker and seconded by Ebersv'iller the minutes be appr~~ed. The motion carried. The minutas of the ~y~e cial meeting were read. It was moved by Rodgers and s e~ond by ~~illiams the minutes be approved. The mot3.on carried. RESOLUTION N0. 92~:~. ~.esolution No, ~}2~}, being a resolution of Intention to create S.T.D. #$2, being Qurbs and gutters in the Third Ward, vas pre rented. Tt vas xn.oved b~ Williams and seconded by Leu~hol.d that ~~esolution No. g2~. be passed and approved. Upon roll ca11 all aldermen present voted 'faye'F and said resolution w€zs declared passed and approved. RESOLUTION N0. 925 Resal.ution No. 92~, being a ~~svlut~on ~~ansferring pertain funds of the ~i~y oP LaurQl, was read. Tt was moved by Rodgers dnd s econded by Parker ghat ~esolu~~.on No. X25 be passed and approved. Upon roll call all aldermen present voted '"a;~e~' and said resolution ~uas declared passed and approved. RESOLUTION N0. X26 R~solu~ion No. 926, be iMg a rescalution t ransferring certain funds of the pity of Laurels was read. It was moved by rreebury and s econded by ~bersviller that Resolution No. 926 be passed and approved. It vas moved bar Freeburg and seoanded by Ebersviller that the ~'h~arah ~roup headed by La~urenae4 Bird, be alllowed to use rt~verside Nark on the ~.th of eaember. The motion Qarried. A~ s~eport on the Cit 's insurance was given by Alderman Parke,, He sated that the pity had paid 3,67.38 fbr insurance during 1.95t~.• `~'ha~ the ~itp ~uas adequately insured and no boiler policy was needed. report on the rural Fire Di~~rict plans for tho houseing of a truck was given. The members of the 'district had decided ghat ~ rental. fee of X50 per month. for the trtuck, would be allowed. That the equipment would be here about the 1st of l~Iarch, which would give the City time to make provisions for houseing the unit. The C3.ty clerk was instrue~ed to write the 1~iunicipal League for charges ror Well water running into the San3.tary ~'~ewar.
