It was moved key :~~'reebury and sedanded b~ Rodgers the minutes be approved. The motion carried. Le t-tars f rc; m the ~ont~.a Mate Volunteer F irernen' s Convention, to be held in Butte, were r ead. the Fire chief appeared and have explanations of tl~.e ]s hers, and requested n~rmiss~.on to attend the convention to ~e held in ;~.i.tte. It was movod by Fr~eEbury and seconded lb~ Horning that the Fire Department allow two mem hers to attend the convention with e xp~nses, pa id, a s outlined in. the 'ylintztes. 'T'he motion carried. PJ~r. Bill McNeese appeared bo~'ore tn.e Qouncil requesting ~~rmi~sion to build a ~m.oke-ho~.se and outside Furnace building on ~arkir~~ lot on Easy P~Iai nk~treet~ ~d~acent to Food 'G own. It was moved b~` Scott and s~ac~ndedby Leuthold that the perm~.t be granted, on the building inspector's recommendation. The motion Carrie RESOLUTIQN N0. 932 resolution No. 932, being a resolution of intention to cf~eate ~peoial Im~arovement District No. 83i being Sanitary Sewer in the West end of the ~~ty, was presented and read. It was moved by Scott and seconded by Freeburg that ~~solution No. X32 be passed and approved. Upon roll call aldermen present voted "aye'" and said resolution was passed and a~~roved. RESOLUTION N0. 933 ~esolu~ion No. 933, bei n.~ a resolution of In~en~ion to create She cial Improvexne~t vistrict No. 81~., being ~vater Line in the west en.d of the City, vuas - presonted and read. It vuas moved by Scott and seconded bar ~b~rsville r that ~~esolution ~o. 933 ~e passed anal approved. Upon roll call. aldermen present voted '~-aye" and said resolution was passed and ap ~r oved. RESQLUTICJN N0. 934 - resolution No. 931 , being ~ resolution of Intention to create spacial Improvement D~.strict No. 85s being Storm. Sewer Line, ?n the west end of the City, was presented and read.. Tt vas moved by :~Scatt and seconded ley Lbersviller that solution No, c~3~ be passed and ~.r~proved. Upon roll call all alde~rnen present vated ttaye~' and said resolution was declared passed and approved. ~.ESOLUTION N0. 935 Resolution No. 935, b ein~ a resolution transferring certain funds of the ~i~ of Laurel, was presented and read. Zt was moved by Rangers and seconded b~ Ebersviller twat nesoluti~n No, 9~5, be gassed and approved. Upon roll. call all aldermen present voted "aye~1 and said Resolution was declared passed and ap~ovsd ~~~so~TJ~rzoN ~t~. 936 Resolution No. 93 , being a resolution ~;~ans~errin~ certain funds of the City of laurel was presented and r ead. It was moved by ~reebury and seconded by ~eo~t that Re~olu~Giln No. 93b be passed and approved. Upon roll call all ~lderme present voted 11aye" and said resolution ~a as declared passed ~~nd approved. Tne pity Engineer requested that alley crossings be but in where the sidewal are being constructed. 'I'h~ council ruled ghat only such crossings as w ere absolutely necessary, in the vicinity of the schools, would be put in at this time, and the others would have to be taken carp of a t a later date. It vas moved bar Leuthold and seconded by Fbersviller that the city' purchase the used set of 19~~7 Codes of llfon~~na, and that the ~%ity attorney make the purchase .
