Attending: Terry Ruff, Darrell McGillen, Steve Wegner,
Chief Jim Stevens, Dirk KrOll

Jim brought before the committee the proposed Contracts for the.
addition to LUFSA of Sections 27 and 28, Discussion on how the
proposal has gone through the Fire Department, Fire Committee, City
Council, and the County Commission. Discussion on how the fees
should be set. Darrell told the committee that the fees are based on the
market value of the home. Jim had those figures from the County
Assessor and those numbers added up to $1,820. Darrell McGillen
moved, Dirk Kroll seconded, to send the contracts to include Sections 27
and 28 at a prorated fee for 1998-99 and the full fee of $1,820 for
1999-2000 to LUFSA for their approval. Motion passed.
The committee also discussed road maintenance and signs.
The meeting adjourned at 8 p.m.
