the purchase of 'the }-'~antaxn shield shovel under a ren ~a1 agreement, from. the Zndustr~
E,-,u~pmen t Co., ~n.d orders the return by the Cic~T of the qui~men~, in exchange for
the return c~T the purchase price oi' ~~,551~.15 by the lndus~rial Equi}~ment ~o.

best that ~kze Ui ;y ~dver~ise for bids ~'or a similar L~iece of o guiprnent ~.nd so
authorizes ~}Ze C~t~T .~n~ ineer i;o prepare a did and a~.verti:>~ for game. the motion
carried.
