Chaml~ers, and tivas celled to order by Pti~layor Thomson, a~ 7:30 0~ clock p.m., Tuesday

The Reverend Allen opened the meeta.n~ wi~tria gayer.

Mr. David N~~array appeared before the Council requesting 60 feet of pipe and
a curb stogy be put in on 12th Avenue. A1d Orman Leuthold of the ~~Ua~er C~mrn~ttee,
have a report of -~h~ ~indin~;s o~ the ~Nater Comm~.ttee and Ghe City Attorney. He
stated ghat Mr. Murray had ~rom~sed that he would like to have I.~ taps :in ~t his
area, and ghat When the 5th reap vas made, that all o~ the area wouuld come into the
City. The City attorney had state~:~~ ghat the property owners could not b~; forced to bri~n~ their property into the C~t~, ghat it vaould have ~o be of the~.r own
vol~t~.on, ~zat they would request entrance and addi~~on ~o the City. l~~r, r~2urray

seconded by E1~ersviller ~h.e reports be approved. The motion carried.
