Mr. V`Jayne Lovgren appearod be~'ore the council in regard ~o curb and butter in the Fourth avenue Subdivision. Ho stated that r1o~t ~f L-he residents a1on~ that

accepted the proposed 5~ per hour increase in ~~a;~, eff'~ctive July lst, ~~aith the City

added to their salary, with a ~1~. ~.nc~~ease in the Clothiri~; allowance of the Polia~
Ehief.

what he would have to find some other employment. No assurance could be ~3.ven Mr.
Barry, a~n regard to empl~yrient during she winter. It would have to depend on the
stake of the finances, and vuhether or not other work could be found to lie done.
