gutters along the south side of ~:~a~yland Lane. It was moved by ~aott and secondad
by ~'euthold that ~'ir. Reh.m be ~erm~.t~ed +;,o but in curbs a ~ ~u~ters along the street
making it a one-gray lane, with traffic ~oin~; Last. `rhe rnot~on carried.
Also, NIr. 3~ehm questioned i~he 5 charge for tapp~.n~ 3.nto the Sewer. It uvas
his understanding that such charge was included in chi building permit. T~ was

It was moved by Scott and seconded by Rodgers that the change-order necessary
