A suggestion that the party calling; the Police Qould have a charge ca11 to h3.s o~un telephone, to keep d4~un the cost,. areas made. It uu~,s suggested that some guards be put up Tong the south side of Moran' ~ parking lot, to prevent t~ cars frca~ driving over the sidewalk by the Past 4ffic~. ,Alderman ~eu~hold reported that he had complaints that the driveways i~. the Morris ~ubdi.vi~ion uvere muddy, ~.nd suggested th~~ the pa~rcl might grade €~long she streets. He was inf ozm.ed that the Yat;rol had already graded along tha ~tr~et~. It was also suggested ~ha~ a ~pec3.al Improvement Dis~ri~t for curbs ~r~ad ~ut~er~ in the Dorris Subdivision be planned. It was moved bar Fr~ebury and seconded by ~ao~t ghat the bill. o~ Black and Veatch be approved. The motion carried.
