He stated that a].tho~.gh we are not impressing the peoplt~ in our o~. town, we have a r~qu~~t from the Mayor o~ ~idney~ Montanan requ~~tin~ a copy of our new Zoning Crrdi~ance that we have put into effect. Frank. Some time ~,~o, ~r~ had a letter from some youngsters in School, criticising the City for considering a po~~ible charge for the swinvn3.n~ pool. After N.~. Parker had talked to these young people, showed theme what wc~ were doing, expl~.3.ned the mill levy,, showed them tYY~rrough the water plants he ~~ated that they hme~ a 1i~~1e better idea of what it is to rtan a City. l~r.
