A Special meting of the City Cc~uneil of the City of Laurel, Montana,, wa.~
held in the office of the City ~`].erk, and was called to order by Mayor Parker, at
5:00 o'clock P.M.3 on Monday, October 28, 1957.
The piaz~pose of phis meeting being 'to r~geind Resolution 10~1.~ setting the
date of tie Special Election on the General Storm Sewer for November 2~ 1957. It
was moved by Eb~~s~ill~ar and seconded by Ruff to rescind this Resolution. Upon taking
roil call votes all Alderman present voted F~A~e+t end this motion carried.

After discussion as to the best possible date to set for the Sp~c3.al Election, i~ was moved by Eb~rsviller and seconded by Horning that this election be
set for Dee~mber 195?. Motion Carried.

Resolution No. I02~~ being a r~so].ution providing for the calling and holding of a Special Election. for the purpose of submi~ti~g to they qualified electors
of the City of Laurels Montana, who are taxpayers upon property within said city and
whose names appear on the last completed assessment ro11 for State and Cc~un~y Tax~s~
the question of whether the ind~btedn~~s of the City shall b~ rai~ed~ by the issuance
and sale of bonds of said pity in the amount of One Hundred Eighty-Five Thousand
(~18~:~00.0~~ fog the purpose of procur3.ng, aonstruetinga establishing, and maintain-
3.ng a ma~.n outgall storm sewer with~.n and witho~zt the corporate limits of the paid City and provic~ng the full amount required to be expended for such purpose] providing
the amount of the 7.oan to be made for such purpose, prcavidin~ the term over which the

be paid on said bond~~ and providing the manner of giving noti~~ of said Special
