The City Council of the City Lau.~el, Montana, met in Special session in the Council Chambers, and was called ~o order by Mayor Parker
at 7:30 P.M., Thursday, August 1, 1957.
Upon roll call, the following Aldermen answered present:
Ira D. Rodgers, E. H. Ebersviller
Leuthold, Roy E. Horning Walter Menello J. Freeburg, John Beslanwitch
Th3.s being; the time and place to hear any and all protests
regarding Resolution No. 1005, being a resolution declaring an emergency
ex3.sts requ~.ring add~.tional expenditures from several funds, meeting was
held in due dorm.

EXISTS REQUIRING ~DDITTONAL EXPENDITURES FR014T SEVERAL FUNDS ,AND DIRECTING
PUBLICATION OF NO`T'ICE OF PUBLIC HEARING.
No protests having been received, business was eonduQted b~ the
City Council as usual.
Ma.nutes of the previous meet~.ng were read. It was moved by
Freeburg and seconded by Leuthold that these m~.nutes be approved as read.
Mill levy was discussed, and ~Ghere was discussion on the Garbage
situation.
`here be~.r~~ no further business, Motion was rq.oved and Seoonded
that the meeting bo adjourned until the next regular meeting scheduled
for `'August 6, 19,7. Motion.. Carried.
