was gal-led to order by Mayor T~iomson at 7:.30 01 cloak p.m. April 8th, 1957•
Upon roll call the follow ing aldermen answered pre sent :

The `Mayor stated that the purpose of the meeting was to Qanvass>>the election returns of April lst, 1957, and thereon named teller to check the returns. After
reviewing the returns the Gornmittees reported back the following votes.•

It was moved by Horning and seconded by ~'bersviller the reports of the
Committ<~es b~ adopted, with the Council to decide the oontest between Henry and Freeburg at next regular meeting, the off leers declared elected and the City Clerk
be directed to issue certificates o~ election as follows
