Discussion about pump packing at Cemetery.
Committee moved that we buy a fire extinguisher for building at Cemetery.
After discussion it was moved that we call Ace Electric to move the electrical
switch from pump house to outside panel .
Committee talked about buying and installing a timer for summer watering; this
could be done at same time Ace moves switch.
Ron Herman asked about possibi~ty of getting a different wagon for moving dirt as
the way it is done now is very dangerous.
Ron Herman asked about being able to have, for his own usejthe excess dirt at
Cemetery. The committee discussed a $5.00 fee for this; committee will ask
council their feeling on this.
Ron Herman stated that four of the new trees plan{~d have died. Rob will check
with Billings Nursery and Marvin Carter suggested that they really should have
been sprayed for possible spider-mite.
There was discussion by committee after Ron stated he would like to see someone
else trained to open graves as there will be times he wilt not be available.
Marvin Carter asked how much time we were looking at and Ron stated he would
like to go hunting in October and/or November and also his trapping keeps him
busy in winter months. Committee recommended using a City crew worker for this
and Rob will talk to Dave Michael about this.
Committee will check before the next committee meeting as to Ron's vacation time
accumulated.
