1. Fender.- We tender ~ierewi~h the sum of $69 .04?' representing ten per cent of cur
b d~ to be retained by ~rou as damages in the event that we fail to complete the
full p~zrchase of said bonds; otherwise to be applied toward. the p~ureha~e priee~
leaving a nit amvtint of ~6~210.00 to be paid on delivery of said bonds plus
accr~.ed int~.erest.
2, Tie of Bonds -This bid is issued for serial type bonds ten bonds in the principal
sin of 500.0 each and nineteen bonds i.n the principal awe of ~10~.00 each,, wi~~.
interest coupons attached to be retired as follows: The sum of ~?(3Q.00 cg each
of said serf.al bonds will become due and payable on the first day of Jarsu.ar~, 1959,

Treasurer's report for the month of June was presented. Motion was made
by Menello and seconded by Beslanwiteh that this report be accepted. Motion Carried,

the ix request shc~ta.ld be denied and that the ladies should be informed that the City
has ~o funds for such a project. Mr. Leuthold made the motion seconded by Beslanwiteh
that this request be denied can grounds that there are no funds available. Motion carried.
