Mr. Eber~vl.ll~r reported that the police are having troubles with one bar 3.x3
town whose owner ha.s on t~ao Qeeasic~n~ had live music in hip places mf bu.~in~~s 3r~
violation of our City ordinance against it. i~ was ~~ated that the polio department
hay f~a1.1 aut~.ority in this mater to take ~rhater~r action it ~e~s fit.
Mr. Menello sated that some persons asked to put a skating rink on the
Catholic Church prapert~r. He ~~ated that t~h3.g project hay the apprmval of Father
Maher. It was ~~ggest~d that the Church would b~ ~.I.113ng t+~ grade ~hi~ property arid.

Mr. Leuthold also r~:ported that he felt there ~a~ danger at ~h~ mater plan
because of no lid o~ the ~~ttli~g ba~ir~. 1~. Rathbtui reported that metal lid way
