A quorum (3 or more) present the following action was taken by
the committee:
Discussionregarding the placement of new trees at the Cemetery. Several
people have asked to plant trees in memory of family and friends. These'p~6ple
should be made aware of the fact that once the trees are planted they become
the property of the City and if deemed necessary could' be removed at a later
date. Also these trees will. not receive any special care. This matter tabled
until Friday, May 30th at 4:00P.M. when the committee will meet at the cemetery
to decide where new trees should be planted.
It was decided 'that in the new veterans section in Sec. J that burials will
start at the south end of the first row.
Meeting adjourned at 5:45 P.M.
