Freeburg, at 7:3~ o'clock P.NI., on Tuesday, June 30~ 1959.
Upon roll. call the following ald.~rmen answered present.

materials proposed above, he w3.ll. deliver the said materials to Laurels Montana
in accordance with the following schedule of deliveries:
No. 1 - Delibery within ten to fourteen days after receipt Q~ order at factory.
No. 2 -Sams;
No. 3 -Sams
At the option of the purchaser and at no extra charge, we will 3.nstall couplings
on all standard 13 foot pipe lengths o~ 6~~ and 8~~ size at the factory.
The bidder hereby certifies (a) that he will execute a Contrae~ Agreement as
drawn by the City Attorney witMa.n ten days after formal acceptance of phis
proposal by the City of Zaurel; (b) that this bid is genuine and free from
collusion with any other prosp~etve Bidder or int~re~ted paxties.

~her~, being only the two bids Mr. Freeburg then asked i~ the members of the City Council had any questions. The Fowler reprer>entative left the Council
Chambers while the Johns Manville representative answered questions and vice
versa.
After dise~.ssion, it was the opinion o~ the Council that the City-would
continue with Fowler as we would not Y~a.ve so many different connections. Motions way made by Henry ar~d seconded by Kaiser that the Fowler bid b~ accepted.
Motion carried.

tak3.ng roll Qall vote, all aldermen present voted ~+Ay~'t, and said resolution
was declared pas~~d and adopted.
Them being no ~tarther business to come before the council at this
sessions motion was duly made and seconded that the me~t3.ng be adjourned. Motion carried.
