the Mayor, the City Engineer and the City Attorney. Mot3.on carried.
Mr. Ja.m Hu~'f appeared bEfore the Qouncil. reque~t3.ng perm3.ssion to tap the
water amain and the ~~w~;r, and stated that he would petitioA the council to bring this
property 3.nto the Citq Limits. Motion was made by Beslanwiteh and secc~nd~d by ~b~rsv ller ghat ~ermi~sion be gran~~d. Motion carr3.ed. This properly ~a come rata

Doctor Nottingham was galled upon and sated -ghat tie insect control pro~,r~
should b~ start~c~ soon. Motion was made by Beslanw3.tch and ~escond~,d by Leuthold ~Q
contin~.e the same inset cont~ral program as last year. Motion carried.. It was suggested that Dr. Pepper in Ba~e~nan Ue eor~tacted. Mr. Bradley was instructed to look
into the possib3.l3.ty off' special ~~essment an the ta~c~~ for tl~s project.
Water report for the month of March was presented. Motion was made by
T,euthold and secxanded by B~~lanwi~eh that phis report b~ approved, Motion carried.
