Mot ova was made by B~~lanw~.tch and seconded by Ebersviller that the minutes be approved. Motion carried. ° Henry Grat~ohl and T Warmer appeared before th~a Co~aneil on behalf of 1'~r~. Ei1e~n Royer regardix~ a water tap. ~'he City Attarn~y explained the situ~.~ion to the members of the cotar~eil and the a~di~nc~. A~`ter lengthy discussion,, motien was ~ad~ by Rta.~f and sccor~d~d by Besla~iteh that this matter be referred to the water cc~nmit~e~, the Mayor, the City Engineer and the City Attorney. Mr. Ja.m Hu~'f appeared bEfore the Qouncil. reque~t3.ng perm3.ssion to tap the water amain and the ~~w~;r, and stated that he would petitioA the council to bring this property 3.nto the Citq Limits.
