t~ra~ held 3.n the Council Chambers and was called to order by Mayor J. J. Parker, at 7:30 o'clock, P.. TR. on Wednesda~r, Au~uyt 3, 1960.
Upon roll call the :~ollowin~ aldexmen answered present:

No r~ratests hav~.n~ been received after fifteen minutes, Mayer Parker
st~t~ed -that he would entertain. a motion to adjourn.
Motion. Yeas duly made anc? ~eeonc?ed that +he budget remain at ~.7 mills anc3 the meet~.n~ be ac~,journed un~i1 ~ug;ust 8, 19b0, when the levy rill be fixed.
